Millions of acres of fun, right in your backyard...

The Flathead Valley offers a summer of endless water related activities as it is home to a number of crystal clear lakes with some of the most beautiful views in the world.  The crown jewel of the valley is Flathead Lake, one of the largest freshwater lakes in the country with 185 miles of shoreline and stunning 360 degree views of the towering Mission Mountains. With its crystal clear water, it is considered one of the cleanest lakes in the world.

For those looking for a slightly smaller lake, with the same spectacular amenities and breathtaking views, one only needs to travel about 30 minutes north to Whitefish Lake. Located at the base of Whitefish Mountain, in the resort community of Whitefish, the lake is about 7 miles long and 1 mile wide. This lake is perfect for sailing, waterskiing and fishing.
